The oil goes in the crankcase, not on my engine.

I've used the location several times in the past, and its been fine. However I went in on 10/28/08 and when I left Quikstop and went into work, I could smell oil burning.
After the smoke cleared, I borrowed a flashlight and saw oil all over in the bottom of the engine. Thankfully, the filter was ok, but one of the tech's either overfilled or squirted oil on the bottom of my engine and decided that I didn't need to know about it, or that they should attempt to clean it up.
I called the shop and the manager offered to clean it up, but I decided to just do it myself.
I've never ever had this happen in all the oil changes I have ever had (and that's a lot!), least of all in a premium oil change facility. Save your money and go to monroe or firestone. They always do a competent job.
I will definitely never go here again. Save your money or if you are pressed for time try Bassett's down the road, they have always done a good job.
