I have only heard horror stories about this salon, or more specifically, the women who runs it. She is notorious for hysterically screaming and shaming her staff in front of clients and shes not exactly pleasant to the customers either.

I have been having my nails done here for over 10 years. I am always very satisfied with the service I have received. I am all the time getting compliments on my nails and would recommend this salon to anyone.

Terrible Service! Very Rude!. WARNING! The owner, Lori, was incredibly rude to both my mother & myself at a scheduled appointment today. Apparently she was having a bad day and took it out on us. We arrived as she asked 15 min early (confirmed only a couple hrs earlier). I asked if she was Lori, the person we were waiting for. She snapped back claiming she had called me and I didn't pick up my phone (very accusatory). I asked if there was a problem and she again snapped that she was having a bad day but doing US a favor. Not sure how accepting my money for a scheduled appointment is doing ME a favor. In any case, we left after the nasty argument and ruined mothers day experience. Very unprofessional! Living Social has been notified of the issue. I would avoid doing business here!

Rude and uprofessional. I've been here before, and I should have known from the beginning that this place was unprofessional. The lady talked badly of her customers and didn't seem to care about her job. Also my shellac peeled off rather quickly, but I figured that I would give them a second chance. Well this time I was met with rude behavior over the phone and a refusal to work with my schedule. Here's the thing Tips to Toes, you run a customer service here...your customer needs to be number one. I understand getting booked up, but don't be rude and crass about the service you are suppose to provide. Never going back, and I am passing that along.

Very professional Nail Salon. I just went to Totally Tips to Toes for the 1st time in a few years. I had excellent service in a very relaxing and professional enviroment. My nails look fantastic and they are reasonably priced. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

awful customer service. They don't return calls and when you call to follow up they are rude and disorganized. I wouldn't go there if you paid me. Too many other salons in the area to choose from with awesome customer service
