BUYERS BEWARE. I had to take my computer in 7 times at express service rates to remove a virus. I was charged full express service price each time totalling over $1000 in cost. The price on their minimum level gaming system is twice the cost of a comparable system on ebay. Service time even on express service is nearly a week. They dont even have a working link on there website to their online store. They set up the site and never checked it, and basically ignored it from then on... just like they do with their customers.

Virus removal is not under warranty since Computer Zoo has no control over what websites are visited or email attachments opened by customer. We offer Next Bench Service (Express) for customers that need the computer back soon. This choice does carry an extra charge. The service only guarantees that the computer will be next up on the repair bench, cutting to the head of the line, but of course cannot guarantee how long the repair will take.
The customer brought the computer to Computer Zoo for virus removal on 6 occasions during 2011--from January to November -- not a single virus as suggested by the customer. Five of the virus removals were finished in two to three business days. The last service took five business days due to the level of infection.
Computer Zoo proudly offers very reasonably priced custom built computers with top quality parts, fully warranted with the value added of customer access to experienced techs.
Computer Zoo does not operate an online store.

They damaged my laptop further rendering is useless!. Concise version of what happened: laptop given for an estimate comes back with additional damage rendering the laptop not-usuable! I had given my laptop to get an estimate to get the LCD cover fixed, battery life checked and to check the occassional, intermittent flicker of screen. Since it is work laptop, I had paid extra to have computer zoo give me an estimate in 24hours, rather than usual 5-7 business day turn around so that I could use the laptop while I get the repair approved by my boss. The laptop came back with dead screen. i took to couple other places to get it fixed and they said the motherboard was short circuited while dismantling and assembling by computer zoo. Computer zoo refuseds to take the responsibility and now I am stuck with useless laptop which had all my data, prgrams. I would be very careful giving your laptop to them for repair. Use them at ur own risk!
