very bad experience. I had gone to this Great Clips for a long time to get haircuts. When I went in after having hand surgery (with my hand and arm all bandaged up and everything) to ask about getting my hair washed and dried, the stylist said it would cost more to have it washed and dried than to have it cut! When I tried to explain that I didn't want it styled fancy (I was just staying home to recover from the surgery...), she was rude and acted like I was wasting her time. I wrote to the cost cutters management to say that I did not like how I was treated, and they never bothered to write back. It is a cheap place for a hair cut, but I would rather go someplace that treats people nicely!!

good cuts. My cuts have always been just like I asked for. They are good at giving you the cut you visualized. Good prices and friendly
