Amazing in every sense of the word!

You'll walk into Lillian's and feel like you're entering a spa! It's comfortable with relaxing music and a water feature to boot. Once your appointment starts, you'll be led to this amazing fitting room- 3 large mirrors to give you a great view of gown, curtain for privacy, and a private sitting room where family and friends can relax and enjoy. Kristen, the owner and the one who puts you in your gowns, will ask a few questions and then you're on your way. They send you out to look for any gown that catches your attention. Once you've made your picks you start trying them on. Kristen is a pro in reading body shape and getting you into a gown that will suit you best. I am petite and small framed and she knew immediately that I would need trumpet or mermaid. Because she was getting me into gowns that suited my body, I was able to feel better about my choices. Finally I found the one! There was an immediate celebration with all staff members and accessories were being tossed my way. By the end of my time there I was on such an emotional high due to the experience I had! Best part: My dress was only a little over $800! I was looking at a gown in Cincinnati for over $4,000 but thought that I'd look at Lillian's before committing! I feel in love with the way I looked and felt in the dress at Lillian's! And the magical experience they provide can't be given a price tag.

i was very pleased with lillians. they were very professional and helpful. you are not cramed into one little fitting room. you have 2 huge rooms to your self and they make you feel like a princess. they do not do any alterations there. they have an outside team that does all of that. i would refer all my friends and family to go to them.

Very disappointed

I have a friend getting married in another state and needed to get measured for a dress (3 simple measurments - bust, waist, and hips). Lillians would not take my measurements since the dress was not purchased at their store. I have been there before and wasn't impressed last time either. They don't have much of a selection. I went to a tuxedo place, and they took my measurements - eventhough they do not specialize in women's dresses.
