GreatatmosphereExcellent itemsGood qualityReasonable prices. Great place to relax w/friends. Never feel rushed. Food items not typically found elsewhere. Evening buffet VERY good. Nice vegetarian choices. Bad review obviously was written by a disgruntled employee w/an ax to grind. While employee treatment is not always good there exists NO rodent problem. My daughter worked there. Bands that play are Christian bands so....draw your own conclusions about the statement of bad language. Sometimes the table service is not the best, probably because of employee treatment. Tips totalled by week or month then divided between all wait staff, so no real incentive to please the customer. Great place to eat & visit w/children. Lots of games for kids to enjoy. Coffee IS good & hot Chai tea is to die for. The best I've had! Never had bad food or drink.

This is good coffee. Get place to hang out and drink a cup of Joe. Fun place to play games. Everyone there seems nice. Get some coffee beans to take home.

Worst coffee anywhere. Poor employee training. Terrible food handling practices.. This place stinks. The owner is crazy-just ask anyone who has ever worked for her. She(and therefore all her employees) knows nothing about coffee or foodservice/foodhandling. The health dept. is always in there cause people are complaining. They have a BAD rodent problem. This coffeeshop should be shut down. The problem is that people think she is so nice and such a great person when actually she is bipolar or has multiple personalities. Just stay away try Winan's or Boston Stoker or Starbucks at least they are clean and know how to make coffee.
