Ordered a medium deluxe pizza for
$14.80 from the Indian Ripple store. Asked for olives instead of mushrooms because I'm allergic to mushrooms. Was told they don't do substitutions and I'd have to pay extra for it. To replace one ingredient for a different one for more money didn't make sense. I don't think other pizza places in this area have ever done that, in fact they're more than willing to bend over backward for their customers. I guess Cassano's isn't. I agreed to pay their ransom and was told on the phone that my order came to $17.50. When my pizza arrived, the bill was for $17.85. I questioned why I was paying $3 more than the pizza cost and what was the extra 35 cents for above what they had told me on the phone? The manager replied that on top of the black olives costing extra, they charge a $2 delivery fee and more if you live farther away. I only live a mile from there. I'm done with this restaurant, and to think, it used to be my favorite! I don't know what happened to it, but I'm really disappointed in their lack of customer service.
