Coupons for a free kids pak were not honored as a kid pak (and never are) The coupons say NOTHING about different rules. If you order a kids pak, you get a sandwich, then a choice of chips/cookie/or apples and then choice of choc milk/milk/or juice. BUT as soon as they know you have a coupon? Then you get no choices. It's a sandwich, cookie and apple juice. I understand they are free, BUT, if you have stipulations, then it should be clearly spelled out on the coupon. It's not anywhere on there that you don't get a normal kids pak. And when I asked, the girl was like "well, I don't make the rules." I'd like to see those rules...because from what I had, there were no rules. Either honor the coupon or hand out a coupon that shows what you DO honor!!
