Interstate Ford does not believe in customer service.
Absolutely, no service after the sale.
Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Fiesta from Interstate Ford. Since then, it has been in their service department for multiple issues, the most recent pertaining to the transmission. Like most people, I have a car because I rely on it to get to work. Well, my car has now been in their service department for over a week. They will not tell me when to expect it back, or even whats wrong with it. They refuse to provide any customer service and would not even give me a loner car. Even their customer service manager would not return my phone call. Let me again stress, this car is less than a year old.
I would spend my hard earned money at a business that treats you like a person, not a paycheck. My advice, find your dream car at a place who will provide you good service -- even after they've received your money.
I appreciate the way Interstate ford does business and want to be sure to acknowledge that all of the staff there has been so helpful throughout many years of providing service to my Ford vehicles
