Waste of time. Items on "clearance racks" and marked as "on sale" were rejected as such at the checkout, to the point that the manager elevated her voice, and increased her anger when questioned about why they weren't "on sale" when the sign, and the merchandise clearly stated that they were. She became so defensive and held so firm to her belief that the customer was wrong, that she chose to lose a $400 sale rather than honor the discount. The clerk also displayed a rude, hateful attitude, explaining that she had the flu and didn't feel like dealing with it. Trip to a store just across the street resulted in finding the same merchandise for half the price, without bearing the Old Navy brand name. Which after the experience we had with them, I wouldn't want to display on my clothing anyway or allow them the free advertising it would afford them. Other stores might be okay but this is definitely one to avoid if you want good service provided by professional employees.
