Awful service, lazy employees. I have always enjoyed going to once upon a child and buying clothes for my children, until I went to the Huber Heights store. I had extremely bad service trying to have my clothes bought back. After a hour and a half waiting until closing time with 2 young children and a 30 minute drive up to the store, they said they couldn't get to the clothes and to come back tomorrow afternoon!!!!!! Why did they quote me a hour!!!! If it was that long of a line ahead of me tell me before wasting my time!!!! Plus, there was 4 employees standing around while one person was doing all the work going through everything! Highly disappointing!!!

amazing. their employees are very nice and helpful. There clothes are wonderful and priced at very afordable numbers. I enjoy this store very much and would not know what to do without it.
