They always run out of Oxbow Timothy Hay and have known about this issue forever. I'm never surprised, just disappointed. The cashiers are pretty rude, as well. Go to the Feedwire Rd. store instead.

Be sure to get a PetSmart savings card, especially if you buy a lot of litter or pet food.

The pinpads at the registers are touch screen, just use your fingers. Pens don't work.
