Needed main drain snaked to city. Wouldn t give price over the phone. Guy came out. Told me 240 dollars. Sent him packing. Dayton Sewer and Drain ended up doing it for 120.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Services. Clogged Drain

Awesome service!!! I had a clogged drain Saturday afternoon, called Roto-Rooter - they were at my house in less than 30 min. My technician, Andre, gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that with no additional hidden fees. He worked very hard using different blades until the line was cleared. I was impressed that Andre kept at it to clear the drain until the job was done right. He also cleared my bathtub drain and cleaned up behind himself leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He recommended the video camera to further survey the line, that was done Monday afternoon by another worker (Richard?) who was in and out in less than 30 min. Andrea was very personable and friendly, I felt safe in his presence.

I can always count on Roto-Rooter to get the job done and satisfactorally. They are very dependable and stand behind their word.

Roto-Rooter on Stanley Ave in Dayton is a great choice of business. I highly recommend their services. Job well done Andre!!!

Clogged drain. What great service!!!

I contacted Roto Rooter at 1:30 Friday afternoon because of a clogged bathtub. Was told they would be out in about 2 hrs. Imagine my surprise when they called me back 15 minutes later and said a technician was in the area and could be at my house in 30 minutes.

Andre was very professional and personable. He did a great job clearing the drain, explaining the steps he was taking, then cleaned up after he was finished.

He was in and out in less than an hour.

pipe replacement. Very polite workmen, always showed up on time, always explained everything through every step of the process. Did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. And most important did not charge more than the original estimate even when additional work was required. Only problem was job took longer than expected because of waiting for plumbing inspectors. Thanks guys.

Roto-Rooter Success. The kitchen drain had backed up and that exposed a secondary problem of a vent that was improperly installed and badly corroded away. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and even offered a very effective and cost reducing fix for the vent problem. The new vent was installed and the drain cleared in under an hour. The technician was very nice and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. This was a very positive experience and we would have no trouble recommending Roto Rooter to friends and family.

Dayton's Best Plumbers. From the first person who answered the phone this morning at Roto-Rooter to the plumber sent out to do the work, I was treated as an important customer. I have dealt with many service companies in the Dayton area and I can say that the Roto-Rooter people are the most professional. The first person I spoke to this morning told me what to expect. She called back right away to tell me there was a slight delay and then she called when the plumber was on his way. He got right to work and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs in Dayton and surrounding areas.

Roto Rooter Plumbers 1/17/12. I called the plumbers at roto rooter in dayton on stanley ave. I thought the service was excellent but it is prices compared to the other drain cleaning services. However they put a camera down the sewage line and allowed me to see that my pipe was broken and sagging in several places and was needing replaced. This would be great for home inspection before you buy a place.

Fast, Professional, and Kind. I went under my sink to get a new trash bag and instead discovered about 2 inches of water! With my husband depoyed, it was totally up to me to figure out what to do. I called American Home Shield since we still are under our free coverage from buying our house. This was a Friday, and I was told that the earliest they could get anyone out to my house would be Monday. That meant a whole weekend of not being able to use my sink. I called Roto Rooter and within 45 minutes Steve was at my house. He discovered within a few minutes that our garbage disposal had given out and that was causing our leak. He gave me a quote and told me that he could do it right away. He also looked at my kitchen faucet that wasn't working and said that he could fix that as well. I thought I would need to buy a new one, but he was able to fix it! Plus, he looked at our bathtub faucet and determined what needed to be fixed there to stop it from leaking. Within 2 hours, Steve had a new garbage disposal in our kitchen along with a fixed faucet. Plus, he had installed a completely new faucet in our bathroom. I am so thankful that I called Roto Rooter instead of waiting for the plumber that would have been sent from AHS and probably would have told me that there wasn't anything that they could do to help me (that's what I normally get from their service providers). I probably paid a little more than if I had waited for the plumber sent by AHS, but the ability to use my sink without leakage, as well as getting all of my other problems fixed, was definitely more than worth it!

Christmas Eve and no hot H20. Had my hot H20 heater (and input line) break& leak at noon christmas eve day. Other plumbers didn't answer or said no to a service call. Roto came thru in two hrs. Roto Tech Steve was great to work with. Had new hot h20 tank and great plumbing done by 5pm. they are now on my "go to" list!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers December 9th, 2011. We had roto-rooter out to check our system after the recent excess rainfall in Dayton flooded our basement. The service was great. Our plumber, Steve, called ahead, came early, and got right to work. He was extremely friendly and personable, and helped us understand the problem. We are very pleased with the service we recieved, and will definitely use Roto-Rooter for future needs.
