Above & beyond. Roto Rooter-Steve was summoned to my house for a mystery leak in our garage ceiling. I had the same technician come once before &.recall he did a good job. He went above & beyond the call to help locate & fix the problem & look for alternatives to cutting holes in our bathroom wall. He fixed a bad situation in a pleasant, professional & proficient manner. I will be using Roto Rooter in Beavercreek, OH from now on. Customer Service and Personable. I had Roto Rooter come out to install a battery back-up Sump Pump to alleviate any possible flooding if the power goes out. Not only was the technician very knowledgable, he was the nicest guy. He took his time, did it right, took the time to explain everything to me, and was good conversation. He didn't even mind that I stood over him to "kind of" learn the process. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter, if not for the widely known name, then for the customer service and "TYPE" of people they employ and send not only to your house, but to your home.
