Expect the Worst Customer Service. If you are looking for a good massage, Massage Envy Dayton has some very good therapists. The problem is the manager! I have been a Massage Envy customer since 2002 and have had over 1000 massages in Arizona and Indiana. Today, after sharing with Stephanie my frustrations with an ongoing scheduling problem, I asked her "How do I get this problem solved? And, she responded "Don't come back to this Massage Envy. We don't want you as a customer." She said this in front of 6 employees. I have never been treated so rudely for a mistake that her employees made which was to continue to call a disconnected phone number to remind me of appointments, when the Massage Envy computer system had my correct phone number.... This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!
