The WORST experience with custom printing. When given a file with permission to edit, the staff printed 175 response cards without a complete sentence. When asked about it, staff responded it was "not my job to edit" . On top of that, after more than three phone calls and promises of partial refunds and an apology letter , nothing was refunded. If you want professionals who act it and stand behind their work....go elsewhere.
