Great customer service.. After a mix up with 2 orders and dealing with a specific manager that seemed more interested in money than service, I was able to talk with a manager that took care of the problem and has ensured I will be a repeat customer.

Most beautiful flower arrangements in town. I recently ordered holiday centerpieces for members of my boyfriends family for Christmas through their website. All I can say is the online pictures did not do the centerpieces justice as they were larger than I had expected and absolutely gorgeous! The topic of conversation for the entire family on Christmas Eve! I have ordered from them several times in the past year mostly online but have had an occasion to visit the store, everyone I have ever dealt with is friendly and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. They have a wide variety of arrangements and price ranges to choose from.. If you're looking to order flower arrangements Oberers is the place to go through. I will bedoing business with them for a long time to come!

I love Oberers. I love Oberers Flowers and wouldn't use any other florist in Cincinnati. If I don't know what to send, they do and its always appropriate, beautiful and fresh.
