Awful Service? You found it!. If your looking for bad service and awful communication then you've found it! Not only are you paying a lot of money, but your waiting way to long for your product! I wanted to have some flowers put into a shadow box and it took them well over ten months just to get the order straight, not even to have the product. They have awful communication skills and they never call you back when they say they will. I am very disappointed and I will never recommend them to anyone!

I am posting this comment as the President & Co-founder of Freezeframe. I would like to offer my sincerest apology for the disappointing experience this reviewer had working with our company.
I have researched the order, and our records indicate that the client took 7 months to attempt to mail us monograms for inclusion in the display; which she never sent. I would hope it is not too much to expect that this reviewer might re-assess the degree to which each party is liable for the delay.
