Hello, my name is phillip. i live at amity green apartments for 4 yrs now. The staff is very helpful and kind and also when u have a problem they will try to fix it. Since i been here ive been thankful and the apartment was offordable within my budget. The crime ratio is really good and helpful to have the police working with the apartment agency to keep the residents safe and keep me safe to live. i am happy to live in this apartment complex it feels like home. please come see for yourself. everything is close by and near by. if you choose this place refer me and ill do my best to be friendly to you... THIS COMPLEX HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEXES I HAVE EVER SEEN AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF LIVING IN. WE HAVE HAD A ROACH INFESTATION FOR OVER 30 DAYS, THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT HAS COME INTO OUR UNIT AND SPRAYED FOR THE PESTS FOUR TIMES, HOWEVER STILL NOTHING HAS WORKED. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SPRAYING SOME SORT OF PERFUME RATHER THAN A TOXIN TO KILL THEM. NOW, MY ROOMATE AND I HAVE SOMETHING THAT WE BELIEVE IS DEAD BEHIND OUR CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN AND IN FRONT OF OUR WALL, THAT SMELLS PUTRID. ALSO, IN THE BUILDING IN FRONT OF US THAT IS STILL AMITY GREEN COMPLEXES, HAS COP CARS ARRESTING PEOPLE FOR DRUGS AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK, SO IT IS DEFINATELY NOT A PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO BRING KIDS TO.I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING MOVING INTO THIS HELL HOLE, BACK DOWN FROM THAT IDEA.

AmityGreen is the Hood of Fairborn Apartments

Amity Green is 1 of the worse apartment complexes in Fairborn the Management is rude also my vehicle has been broken in twice and my my apartment was broken into while i was at my home sleeping. Most cell phones do not work in the complexes and the rent is to high for these small accommodations. There are more than enough neighbors selling and using bad substances I've seen more drunk people here then at a college party ever night .

• Pros: Everyones Approved
• Cons: Bad living and Managment Conditions
