Great Auto Repair Place. When we moved to this area 9 years ago. We searched for several different services we would need while we live here. After going with the "Chain Auto Repair Places" we "at a neighbors recommendation" found John Pierce Auto. We are extremely happy with the Work and took the time for the first year to "Shop their Prices". They were never the high but eithier the lowest or equal to the lowest. We would highly recommend them for your Professional Auto Repair Needs......

Very Professional. I have taken my car to John Pierce Auto Care on many occasions. Every time, I have been treated very well. They are very professional. They don't make promises that they can't keep. I have shopped around town in terms of prices for certain repairs and John Pierce always has lower estimates then the competition. I will be a customer for life and continue to recommend them to everyone that I know!

PROFESSIONAL REPAIR AT REASONABLE RATES. When my Jeep stopped running on nearby I-675, they quickly found the problem. They made a "worst case" estimate. Upon completion of the work, the Jeep performed better than it has in years AND the cost was not as high as estimated. These folks do not promise something that cannot be delivered. They are swamped with business and I had to wait two days for the work to be performed, however, they told me that in advance. I WILL BE BACK!!!

Not a good auto shop. This place is a total rip off. They quoted me a price of parts that was double what it would cost to purchase yourself. They also quoted me labor rates that were way to high. I would be careful when using this shop. They have alot of cars there and lots of technicians which probably do good work, but their management is not friendly at all. I would not recommend using this shop.

Fairborn's most honest and trusted auto repair shop. Thanks again to Steve!!! I have used his repair shop for 8 years from the usual things like brakes, tune ups,alignments and the like to complete engine replacement. I have never been "left in the dark" on any repair or suggested repair. He will explain and show you what is wrong and why it needs repair in a way that someone knowledgeable or a novice can understand. The work here is always ready when promised and complete consideration is given to your vehicle. I used to do all my own work on my Corvette but do not have the time any longer and this shop gets my work before the dealer. Mostly because I have never had a "come Back" and I trust everyone in the shop and the work is as well or better than I used to do. Everyone is certified and his equipment as good or newer than the dealer and his prices are not only fair but really are unbeatable in town. If you don't have time for return visits to get things just right then this is where you should be going. I have often just stopped in to discuss a problem and he or the staff can take the time to talk to you before you make any appointment. I never have had a long wait for an appointment and again the work is completed on time an always done to my satisfaction. Trust and knowledge is hard to find in auto repair these days and I don't have time for trial and error going any where but here.
