I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was located perfectly for my trip, very close to the Mall, many stores, and easy to come and go. The staff was very kind and considerate. The room was comfortably fine except for not having a desk where to connect to the internet. Overall I would stay there again.

The room was nice enough but not top notch. It was located close to restaurants and stores. It was quiet and restful. Pretty good continental breakfast. I will go back the next time I go to visit family and friends in the area.

The couch in the room is a nice touch. The couch in the room is a nice touch, giving comfortable relaxation area. The bed is really comfortable and allowed me to sleep. The bathtub is a little small, but all is good given the rental rate.

I was very happy with my stay.. Check in and check out was very smooth, and the staff were very friendly. We needed extra towels, and when we asked for them, they gave them to us with no problem. Pool was very clean. This isn't a four star place to stay, but for the price we paid for this place, I have absolutely no complaints. We stayed 4 nights, and was very satisfied with our stay. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Exceptional value!. For the price we paid this was an exceptional value! The room was clean and the pool area was very well kept. Just for a place to relax and sleep I would suggest this hotel.

Would stay there again. We traveled to Dayton to see The Lion King at Schuster Theatre. We needed a place to sleep. This was fine. Good price to stay & sleep for the nite. Air coniditioning worked great, room was clean, nice easy travel to the theatre. Continental breakfast was just orange juice & a honeybun, but the Perkins restaurant right next to the motel was delicious. Would stay there again.

Comfortable beds and room was cleanly maintained. Booked 2 double bed rooms at this hotel for 2 night stay. Comfortable beds and room was cleanly maintained. Air condition was a little loud. Both Rooms had a fridge, microwave and a small office table with 2 chairs. It's right next to Perkins family restaurant and a Bar. We were surprised at Breakfast offered. Definitely hotel needs to improve the breakfast table contents. Location is close to the Highway. If you are on a tight budget and can do without breakfast...you can definitely consider this hotel. Hotel has a swimming pool and offers free internet as well.
