Pro service. I bought 3 bikes at once. I had problems with my 500 sportsman with it not running. I took it back and they fixed it. 5 hours latter it pushed a bearing out the side of the motor. I called pro polaris and was told by them I rode my bike to hard. I took it a different dealer in Houston Ohio (Bobs Cycle Shop 937-295-2138) and they took care of me. Blamed nothing on the rider. They opend my motor up and found when pro polaris had my motor apart they didn't tighten up my adjustment screw on my rocker arm and the screw came loose and dropped down in my gears screwing it up. Luckily polaris is standing behind its product and fixing my bike. If your looking for a polaris I would not be caught at pro polaris in tipp city.
