OK until you move!!. I lived at one of their houses and they were okay landlords but they have some outragous standards of how it must be left, they over charged us, made up stuff about our exit bill and then threatened to get an attorney. If your looking for a good place to live avoid these landlords at all cost or it will cost you a lot!!!!

Favorite Apartment :). I currently live in the Borchers community. I love my apartment more than any that I have rented prior. I have a lot of space and it really feels like home! I love living in the heart of the Tipp City community. Every thing in my apartment was brand new when I moved in. The only problem I have encountered was with my garbage disposal and I called in and reported it and the maintenance responded that same day! The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. I needed a place ASAP and they set me up and informed me of everything that I needed! My neighbors are really awesome and I couldnt ask for a better community!

Absolute Worst Exprience... Please Stay Away!!. The staff is very rude... me and my friend got chased out of the pool simply because she didn't sign the "guest list" while we were the only ones there. They even try to charge $200 for spots on the wall. At the end I got screwed over for paying a full month of rent for nothing because I didn't give a "30 day notice" so they can find my "replacement" !!!
