very poor customer service. we had our order delivered and is was the wrong thing and the pizza was burnt. i called and they said their policy was to send out a new order,which i just wanted a credit for the next time i ordered and they said they could not do that. we had already started eating the pizza and i told the manager that and he said that was fine he would just get what was left when he brought the new order, when he came with the new order he told me WE JUST WANTED ANOTHER PIZZA FOR FREE can u believe he would say something like that what bad customer service, i will ever order from them again and we usually order 2x a week . i will give my business to toms pizza from now on.
Poor Customer Service.
We have ordered several times from local Fox's pizza franchises, however my wife and myself have had several poor experiences with the store in West Milton.
Several times we have specified not to include particular foods due to food allergy, only to have the pizza delivered covered in that food!!!!
We have had delivery drivers and managers alike argue with us on what we ordered, how long they told us over the phone (an hour and a thirty minutes to deliver a medium pizza?) !!
Whatever happened to the days of the customer is always right? I know I would not have a job if I performed in my job the way they do in theirs...
next time we will be calling a local pizza store!
