Awesome place, with Awesome people and #1 Customer Service !. I purchased a car from Alan Besco about 3 months ago, they checked my brakes for me....gave me a loaner car and even drove my car to dealership (vehicle under dealership warranty still) picked it up when the repair was completed. Detailed my vehicle, washed, waxed my vehicle !!!!!! Then phoned me at work and said my car was ready.

Wow, very much over and beyond in customer service. Melanie, Stacy, Rob mechanic and detailer guy were all so awesome !!!! I highly recommend Alan Besco !!!!!

Good cars, poor service department. I bought a car there that came with a 90 day warranty. Within 2 days the check engine light came on so I took it back. The service tech claimed I did not install the fuel cap properly. A few days later the light came on again. In all this car went back for the same problem 4 times in 90 days. Finally the service manager told me that the emissions system was not covered by my 90 day full warranty. I took the car to another shop and they found and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. It cost me $10. Don't expect them to provide repair service under their warranty.…

GREAT SERVICE. As a single mother of two I was very nervous about buying a car on my own. I went into Alan Besco and was treated with the upmost respect and was shown many cars in my price range. My saleslady was very nice and helpful. I would recommend my friends and family to this dealership. I left there with a 2009 Kia and I LOVE IT!!!…

IMPRESSIVE INVENTORY. I WAS LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AND CAME TO ALAN BESCO SUPERSTORE AND FOUND VERY CLEAN CARS AND TRUCKS ON THE LOT LOOKED LIKE NEW ONES.
