Outstanding across the board: Service to parts!. If you've got a tough plumbing problem (whether self-inflicted or not), this is the place to go! They've got parts & pieces that'll fix just about anything.

Case in point: We ordered some stuff off of eBay. Needless to say, a lot of the items we needed to complete installation were non-standard. These folks were able to come up with what we needed whereas Lowes & Home Depot told us we needed to buy complete new sets of equipment. These folks saved us bucks!
