Best Bridal Shop in SW Ohio!. After driving from Dayton to Cincinnati to look for the perfect wedding dress numerous times, I found this gem right here in Dayton's backyard! Bridal dress shopping is not an easy task and quite stressful. From the moment I walked into this adorable little cottage to take a peak, the ladies were WONDERFUL! Beth, Stacey and the rest of their staff are in a class of their own! I highly recommend this shop as your first stop when you're starting to look for a gorgeous gown.

This place is awesome!!. When we started our search for a wedding dress for my only daughter we went to other shops and I just was not impressed. We then went to Athena's, WOW, this was a wonderful experience just as my daughter and I had imagined that it should be. We purchased my daughters wedding dress, the bridesmaides dresses and my Mother of the Bride dress. Beth and her staff are excellent and the whole experience was awesome!! I plan to re-marry some day soon and have all intentions on purchasing my dress there as well. I love Beth and encourage anyone and everyone to go to ATHENA'S for the WHOLE package!!

Athena's Offers it all.. My search was for a Mother of the Groom dress. I made many visits to other shops, I seemed to leave disappointed and discouraged. I decided to stop into Athena's Bridal one day and what I found, was that Athena's Bridal offered it all, style, price, and outstanding service. The staff was helpfull, enthusiastic and accommodating.This never waivered throughout my experience and it was clear that this store was about much more than just selling a dress.

The owner, Beth is what and who really made the difference for me compared to other stores. Beth was personable, she was commited to ensure that every detail, from the dress to the accessories was perfect. Athena's staff, Beth's personality, talent for detail and her expertise is what made the difference for me during this special time as a Mom.

Athena's is the best!. My daughter had a June 2011 wedding. We met Beth and her staff shortly after shop ownership changed. Beth has such a keen eye for design; she chose my mother of the bride dress for me and it was spot on! The staff is so accommodating; they make the entire shopping experience so pleasant. The bridesmaid dresses were purchased there as well and the service was incomparable. Our only regret was that my daughter's bridal gown was purchased before we discovered the wonderful gem of Athena's Bridal. They quickly become your new best friend in the wedding planning process. Beth, best of luck in your plan to add wedding coordination to your services. You are quite simply the total planning package.

Based on my ownership date, you will notice all of the reviews below are reflective of the prior ownership under Athena's Bridal and After Five. Of course I cannot comment on the specifics of those reviews except to say it is extremely unfortunate if a client was not happy or treated badly while at the store. As a recent bride myself, I experienced poor service firsthand as a result of the Sharnett bridal disaster. I lost all my money and my wedding gown and brides maids dresses were not even ordered when she abruptly closed shop and declared bankruptcy. I only mention this as it was the reason I decided to go into the bridal business. I never want another bride or anyone else to experience such dishonest and unethical service as I and many other local brides suffered through! Our goal at Athena's is to make sure you feel important as a customer and that we take the time to ensure you are satisfied. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WENT TO ATHENA'S BRIDAL AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE GIRLS THERE WERE THE GREATEST AND VERY HELPFUL. THEN WHEN THE DRESS CAME IN THERE WAS SOME ALTERATIONS TO BE DONE. (LET'S FACE IT WHEN CAN A MANUFACTOR MAKE A DRESS THAT COULD FIT ANYONE CORRECTLY) THE SEAMTRESS I GOT WAS VERY SECURE IN HER KNOWLEDGE AND SHE EXPLAINED AS SHE PINNED WHAT THE DRESS WAS NEEDING TO FIT ME PROPERLY. SHE ALLOWED ME TO DECIDED WHAT I WANTED DONE. I FOUND THE ALTERATION COST TO BE REASONABLE . I CAN ASURE YOU THAT I WILL TELL ALOT OF PEOPLE TO GO THE ATHENA BRIDAL IN CENTERVILLE,OHIO.

I experienced good customer sevice at Athena Bridal. I like the customer service at AThena's Bridal and After Five shop located in Centrville, Ohio. I was looking for a gown for my daugther wedding and I was confused on the poper attire for an afternoon reception. The sales people try to answer all my questions and even gave me other options to consider. I had a very pleasant experience and I plan tell my family members and friends to go there.

Bad customer service. This bridal shop was disorganized switching orders and taking incorrect sizes. To add injury to insult they refused to apologize for their mistakes and demanding that parties not involved fix their mistakes. A wedding is something you do not want to compromise on so do yourself a favor and save everyone the stress go to a different bridal shop.
