Professional drivers, pleasant ride.. After using this company several times, I wanted to share with you how impressed I was with their service. WOW. I could not ask for better service. The dispatcher called me to tell me when the cab would arrive. Showed up right where and when I needed it. Late model cabs appeared to be well maintained. I give them an A+.

Miami Liberty Cab/Dayton Checker Cab doesn't care about you, or your time or you money.. I called Liberty cab around 10:30am, I told them I needed a cab at 12:30pm. They accepted my request. Around 12:40 I called them and asked if they had the correct address because they were late. The lady put me on hold about 4 or 5 minutes, then came back and asked me what I wanted. I asked her again and she put my one hold and got back quickly that time and said they were working on getting someone there. Around 1:30 I called and asked what the deal was; when were they going to get there. The lady told me that SHE DIDN'T Know. I asked her what happened, because this seemed like a bad way to do business everyday. She said it was just a busy day. They wasted my time, obviously didn't care about my money. And had the courtesy of an intestinal parasite.
