The Only Vet I'd Ever Use. I adore Dr Bielefeld and I can't imagine him doing any of the terrible things I've read in these reviews. You can tell he really loves animals by his gentle and comforting manner with them. He's been my vet since 2005 with two dogs and three cats, and I've never had a single complaint.

AWEFUL CARE. NOT RECOMMENDED. I AM NEW TO THE AREA AND THIS VET IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM ME. MY FAMILY JUST GOT A NEW PUPPY AND I TOOK HER HERE, BIG MISTAKE. THE DOCTOR IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE MUMBLES AND DOES NOT TELL YOU WHAT HE IS DOING TO YOUR PET BEFORE HE DOES IT, I FOUND THIS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. HE TRIMMED MY 7 WEEK OLD PUP'S NAILS AND STARTED BLEEDING TERRIBLY, YOU WOULD THINK A PROFESSIONAL WOULD KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE VET TECH YELLED AT THE DOCTOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. IF THE STAFF TREATS EACH OTHER THIS WAY I DO NOT WANT THEM CARING FOR MY PET. IF THE STAFF CAN NOT TREAT EACH OTHER WITH RESPECT AND DECENCY HOW ARE THEY TREATING YOUR ANIMALS? IF YOU CARE AT ALL FOR YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE ALONE WITH MY PET.

Bad Vet. When I moved I began going to this vet because he was really close to my new house. Big mistake! He has got to be one of the worst in the area. He mumbles horribly, lectures, made me feel like a horrible person for letting my cat get 2 lbs overweight. Two visits in a row he gave an extra vaccine without telling me about them. When I go to pay the bill there is an extra $20 charge for a vaccination the staff have a hard time explaining. At my last visit the vet tech told off the vet when he asked her to get something for him- then she stormed out of the room. When she came back in the room she grabbed my cat so hard her ribs were bruised. I have never heard a cat scream like that before. It was horrible. I do not recommend them at all. Maybe I had a bad experience but I would not risk it. I gave them 2 chances and that is it. I love my pets too much to take them back.
