I needed a new laptop for myself and a gift Ipod for my son. Greg (store magr.) was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me change my choice of notebook, and I am glad I did even though I had to up my budget slightly. He was very competitive with online pricing I brought with me. I lost a power cord, and went back 5 months later... and he re-affirmed competitive pricing and good service. Store is very clean, well organized. Nice people to deal with.

One can easily purchase Apple equipment from a variety of sources. I bought from MacDepot because I wanted to be able to deal with local experts face-to-face regarding products and services rather than dealing with a voice on a mail-order company phone line. A preliminary shopping trip convinced me that General Manager Greg Herting and the MacDepot staff really understand Apple equipment, are actually excited about their products, and would definitely be there for me if and when I needed them for anything. This was especially important to me because I had always used Windows-based computers, and, while I was extremley impressed with what I had heard about the new iMac G5 Apple computers and its operating system, I had never actually owned an Apple computer. I subsequently purchased an iMac G5 and some peripheral equipment, and the folks at MacDepot lived up to my every expectation. The iMac G5 is a great computer (as I mentioned, I am a very recent Windows convert), and Greg and the rest of the MacDepot folks have taken excellent care of handling all of my (many) inquiries and (very specific) requirements. I am not an easy customer; I expect a lot for what I pay for, but based on my experience with the folks at MacDepot, I will definitely continue to be a MacDepot customer.

I first went into the MAC Depot to look at their selection of iPods. While the store is really small, the staff is eager to help you find or locate what you need. If you dont see what you want, just askthe staff is very helpful. Prices are a little below retail for MAC products and the repair services are very reasonable. You dont find many MAC-only stores, so its good that this one is satisfactory! PROS: Great Service CONS: Small selection and store
