Extremely helpful, very personable.. I have been purchasing macs, components, ipads, ipods etc. for some time and have always experienced excellent service. The staff is knowledgable on mac applications and have always followed up with timely call backs and emails even for simple questions. I have never had to bring in any of my computers so I cannot rate their repair services but on the sales end I have been very happy.

Great Job. My HD died..under the apple protection warranty. Called and they said 3-5 business days. Had it back in 4 business days. Exceptional service, positive attitude, very helpful. I did call around to other mac repair centers...could only get voice mail, even during business hours. MacDepot, spoke to a "live person", with immediate answers. I had work done there a couple of years ago as well, same quality service. Highly recommend.

Horrible service, Money hungry. I brought my macbook here recently due to a headphone jack breaking off inside of the input. I informed them about my situation and that I would like it removed.

They told me that it was covered under warranty and that I should hear from them in around three to five days. I left the store feeling confident that they would do so.

After five days of not hearing from them I decided to call them to check up on my mac. They told me that it was not covered under warranty and that they had tried several ways to remove it.

I was told that the jack was unremovable and that I needed to replace an entire part because of it. I asked how much that would be. They responded with the ridiculous price of $920.

I went to pick it up where they attempted to charge me $53 for a diagnostic fee. I ended up not paying that, brought my computer home and took the piece out myself in 5 mins.

Long but appropriate review, Stay clear of this place

Worst service posible. I didn't think that a company could have worse service than Best Buy, but I was wrong.

I brought in a MacBook Pro to them to replace a broken superdrive, which was under warranty. After more than a week of no calls or updates, they finally called me in. When I got there, I was told that the superdrive was fixed, however during the repair process a technician scratched the screen on the computer.

I agree to let them replace the screen on the computer at no charge. After almost three weeks of not hearing back from them, I finally called Apple and complained about this whole thing - magically, right after I spoke with Apple, one of their technicians called me and informed me that a screen is in and I can come in to have the scratched screen replaced.

This whole experience was an absolute disaster. I also suspect they put a used/broken screen in the machine because the screen they put in my computer now developed burnt pixels (only a couple of months after being replaced) and it can no longer go blank in powersave mode. My machine is no longer under warranty so I have been screwed by them no matter.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, incompetent and they treat customers as if they are a bother to the employees. Please stay far away if you know what's best for you.

My real name was included above, to ensure that nobody thinks this is a retaliatory review, so feel free to contact me directly if you have questions about this.
