i liked them they gave me molre than a pawn shop would for my ring and then gave me a discount on a new one and its a nice ring!
Great customer service, good value. I'd appreciate being advised if you receive more David Yurman items.
A wonderful experience , great help , good price , service and very happy with what I purchased
I felt the people were polite. I will come back becasue I have been loyal for years
what crooks. I took diamonds in to sell. Heather looked @ a few, took down all the sizes and grades, went back to the 'owner' and came back with a price of $300 for a .83 carat diamond. I knew right then they were scammers. I told her that was way low, I already had an offer of twice that for that stone. then she wanted to play car dealer games with me. I got disgusted and left.
so I took them to a highly rated BBB jeweler. I was offered $1200 for the same diamond, no hassles. I sold all the diamonds there. IDG was trying to steal and get away with it. terrible business practices for a used car dealer, much less a jeweler. avoid them like the plague.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went to the one on Miller Lane and bought both my engagement ring and later wedding band. I walk in to get sized and look at some engagement rings. She pulls out one that I fell in love with, and mentioned that they were doing 52% off sale that ended that day. So we ended up buying it (sounds like an awesome deal). First of all I found the SAME EXACT RING online for LESS than what I paid for WITH the discount. Secondly, I thought I chipped the stone, so I take it in there. Some newbie looks at the ring, doesn't know what he's talking about, and the manager, without even taking her fat ass off the chair to look at my ring, yells from her position, "Well we would have to charge them $200 to buff it out, so just clean it." So the man goes back to clean it, comes out and says the "chip" was just some dirt and now it's fixed. I felt the side of my stone with my fingernail and immediately find the chip. I just said thank you and left and went to another jewelers who said it was just a naturally occurring chip where the two facets meet and that nothing was wrong with my stone, and didn't say anything about charging me for it. Again, when I bought my wedding band I got it for "50%" off. All they seem to do is double the price and just say they're doing this awesome sale. I go in there today because the bottom of the band on my engagement ring is tapered really thin--it doesn't even look like it's supposed to be that way, it looks like whoever sized it (twice, mind you, because they didn't size it right the first time) just messed up and left it that way. They said that they don't even offer warranties, and that it would be at least $170 to fix. I have had nothing but problems with them, and have never once had good customer service. They just try to bullshit you and charge you for stuff that you don't need. Crappy service, crappy people! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!!!!!!!
