DONT SHOP HERE. CHEAP MERCHANDISE & THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. I am from out of town and came across Artisans while on vacation. I purchased a watch and a bracelet from Artisans and when I returned home both items broke. The very next day I called to advise artisans I was shipping the items back to them and would like them to credit my credit card. They advised me the could not do that, they could give me an in store credit. I advised them I was from out of town and would not be in the area again. She told me that she was sorry but this is the office policy. I asked to speak with the owner and she told me they are not available. I asked for the owners email and they refused to give it to me. I am not going to drop this that easy. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever delt with. I will never shop there again and you can mark my word I will make my story known to others!!!

Horrible business practices. I dropped off a Marahlago bracelet (valued at $540), purchased at their store to have the clasp changed as it kept falling off. After finding out the company who made it would not fix it, I went to pick it up. "I'm sorry, we can't find it, we will take your name and number and call you when we do" was the response. I was visibly upset and the manager was called who claimed I had already picked it up. I would remember if I had picked it up or not. I had not! They searched the store and asked me to leave. I insisted on knowing what would happen if they did not find it. Manager and Owner both said they would do nothing to help me as I had already picked it up. I produced a receipt I had from dropping it off and was told that 'wasn't a real receipt' even though they issued it to me. After moving some furniture, they found my bracelet behind a cabinet. Horrible treatment, horrible business practice. Please do not patronize this business. They do not care about their customers!
