The Best in Dayton !. It seems like I've tried countless salons in the greater Dayton area. None compare to Affinity for service, creativity, and expert artistry in hair care. They go beyond just hair care though. Craig always has ideas about hair color, cut and shaping, and even how to adjust my makeup to coordinate with it. I'm not one to change styles frequently, but I trust Craig. When he suggests something new, it always turns out terrific just like he promised. He is an expert artist and I recommend him highly.…

Horrible Customer Service!!. Attended a spa party at Affinity & it was less than acceptable for the price we paid! 30 min services actually lasted 20 minutes and all of our pedis were HORRIBLE! Kristyn soaked our feet for about 2 min, removed old polish, cut toenails & polished! That was not the service we were told we would receive by the owner, which was the standard pedi: soak feet, remove polish, cut nails, file nails, buff nails, push back cuticles, massage feet and polish nails! She was also very unfriendly. She didn't even clean the pedi bowl out for each client! Very unsanitary. Owner wouldn't refund pedi $ and basically called us liars!?!?!? REALLY????? Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!…

Trim turned into 5 inches. I tried that salon out on a recommendation from a friend. I read reviews and was really hoping for a great experience. When I went in, I asked for a trim. I just wanted my dead ends cut off and I knew that might call for an inch or 2. I told the person doing my hair that I wore my hair both straight and curly. With this information he cut my hair with a "curly cut." When I left my hair looked horrible. There were very blunt layers and they were very short. I went home to see if the cut was even workable. I called to see what could be done and ask for a refund. I was to come back in later in the day so the owner could see what could be done. The owner then worked on my hair and told me it was the best it could be for the day. My hair had choppy, unblended layers which resembled something from the 70's. The owner was very sympathetic and understood how upset I was but the results were not much better from the first cut. With my visits to Affinity I lost about 5 inches of hair with a trim and I had to go to another salon so my hair could be better blended and looks like a passable hair cut. Needless to say I will not be back.…

Awasome experience. If you want to have the best/professional hair services in Dayton, visit Affinity Salon and Day Spa which make you look and feel great. I know Craig Burkholder – owner/Master Designer @ Affinity salon for many years, he always gets new services and new products @ his salon as they get available, also, gets all his team members trained to provide the best services in hair/skin industry. After visiting my family in Europe last summer I leaned about new hair straightening service which makes your hair straight for about 3-6 month like a reverse perm. When I got back home, I knew who to call; I did call Affinity Salon and got a FREE consultation with Craig who recommended Keratin straightening treatment for my hair. In 1 week I got my hair straightening done. I love it, my hair never looks so shiny, healthy and straight which takes less time to style it. I have a very thick/ curly hair but after Keratin treatment my hair feels weightless. Also, Craig recommended trying a new hair color which I did try and after new hair color my hair look awesome: shiny, healthy with more natural looking color then ever. I got a lot of compliments on my hair. Worth every penny
