GREAT EXPERIENCE. I've been having my 2002 Mustang serviced at Hidy Ford for a couple of years and have always been happy with the service, but I have it to my daughter and it was time for me to get a new car. WOW is all I can say. My salesperson Jim was awesome and so was everyone else I dealt with there. I would definitely recommend Hidy Ford for service and for a new car! Great deal and great experience.…
Ford service uses non Ford parts. Repaired my Ford Focus SVT at Hidy Ford. 2 weeks of back and forth. Finally repaired. Parts go bad and I come to find out that they used non Ford aftermarket parts with a 90 days guarantee. Ford offers 1 year on parts. Mow my car has been in a Ford dealer 350 miles away and the send the parts to repair the car and guess what....... after market parts again. I go to a dealer to get repairs made because I want that makes parts! Awfull experience and it continues on.…
Worst EXPERIENCE trying to buy a car; very pushy; very unprofessional upper management.
Went to purchase a vehicle. I was given trade amount for my vehicle. First vehicle I drove, I liked but did not want to spend that much in payments. Found another vehicle, I thought more in my
price range. This, too, came back extremely high. They kept wanting me to go back and buy the first vehicle but I was just not interested. They kept pressuring me into making an offer and then signing. I told them I wanted to come home and research information on second vehicle driven.
I came home, without signing, researched their website and found the second vehicle I wanted. Their asking price on the internet for same vehicle, VIN Number, etc., was $7500 CHEAPER than the price they quoted me at the dealership.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional organization. Consumers do your homework before being pressure into signing the dotted line.…
By Far The Most Honest Dealership.... I shopped around for my new Ford, going to all the dealerships in the area for pricing. From building my car on the internet and sending the specs to the dealership for pricing -- to buying the car from them -- they were by far the most honest. The pricing I received from the Internet Sales Representative was the actual price, an out-the-door price was provided upon request, and the out the door price matched the price I paid. They weren't the lowest price in the area, but they were the most honest dealership. And the difference between the lowest price and theirs was only about $100.…
