Dayton's best Vietnamese cuisine is camouflaged behind a Chinese exterior. Located east of the city close to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, lunchtime is busy and takeout popular at night. Comfortable chairs and a pleasant atmosphere make it worth taking the time to eat in.

The Food
You can find the best of both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes at Asia Palace. The menu includes shrimp, beef, chicken, pork and vegetable dishes from both cultures, and also features both rice and egg noodles. Asia Palace makes a mean Chinese lo mein.
