Do not buy a puppy from FETCH at the Fairfield Commons Mall. Both puppies I bought, I took to the VET and the vet told me that both puppies have Tonsillitis, not to mention both were infested with fleas. I went back to FETCH and they were unwilling to help me. When I showed other people in the store my paperwork from the vet, the employees threatened to call security on me...oooo I am soooo scared. Do not buy dogs from FETCH they will more than likely be sick and if something does go wrong they will not even blink an eye to help you. Please, I fell and love with these pups and don't want to get rid of them, but they are sick and all FETCH did was call security on me. Buy from a local breeder don't buy from places that use puppy mills like FETCH does. Any lawyers reading this please contact me as I plan on pursing legal action if at all possible.
Our Experience at Fetch
by joyceno1 at Citysearch
My husband and I recently purchased a 9 week old Mini-Bully puppy at Fetch. The workers there couldn't have been more helpful. Anything we wanted to know, they knew and told us. We took our new little girl (Sophie's her name) to our vet for a full check up as instructed. She has a clean bill of health and is really a sweetheart, has lots of energy, and loves us unconditionally...already! I just wanted to let folks know that we had a Wonderful experience at Fetch at Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek!

My expierence at Fetch was HORRIBLE. I had to ask 3 times until I got an actual answer. The first time I said, "Hi, I was wondering if I could get a price on this Dachshund." They looked at me and then went to help another costumer. The second time I said the same thing, to the same employee, and I was ignored AGAIN. The third time I asked a different employee, and they said, "Oh, we're only helping people that are actually interested in purchasing a dog." DO NOT GO TO FETCH!
Do not support puppy mills!

This place is horrible. Went in there today because I needed a bed for my dog and I saw the pet accessories on the wall. I was horrified when I came in and all I saw were cages with puppies. Wire floor cages! One puppy was trying to find a comfortable spot but he couldn't lie down because there was nothing soft or warm for him to rest on. I pointed this out to the jaded employee who looked at me like I was crazy. People who believe this store does not buy from a puppy mill is insane. No reputable breeder will sell its puppies to a pet store. These puppies were obtained at puppy auctions and you don't have to be very smart to figure it out! This place needs to be shut down.... just like many PetLand stores.
