Flexman Clinic

I had ONE therapy session with Teresa. I saw her and it went well. I scheduled the next appointment and received a call that it needed to be rescheduled because apparently she does not take clients on that particular day of the week. Fine, it was rescheduled. So I had another scheduled, I missed a voicemail saying that appointment was ALSO being cancelled. So, because I missed the message, i drove 30 minutes to an appointment i didn't have. Saw a receptionist while I was there, she promises i can make an appointment for the following evening. The following evening I drive another 30 minutes only to find the office IS CLOSED!!! NO ONE AT ALL IS THERE!!! I was concerned and had a security guard check for me and no one was there. Nearly an entire year later I receive a bill for 75.00 for the appointment that no one bothered to show up for and still to this day they are trying to make me pay for it. I will not pay it, end of story. Although, Dr. Flexman was okay, I do not recommend this office at all. The receptionist and billing department have been very difficult and seem to not care at all that I continue to be billed for an appointment I NEVER HAD!!!!!

The Flexman Clinic is an extemely professional agency of which offers many services. Dr. Flexman and his staff are very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable immediately. I have seen him and his staff work with children and adults of all ages and were very competent in doing so. I would reccommend anybody with almost any type of problem seek out the advise of the staff at the Flexman Clinic.
