Clean, friendly, and professional. My friend and I go to Julie's every few months to get our hair done and our brows waxed. I've never had a bad experience there. I'm very particular about who does my hair, it's very thick and easy to screw up if you don't leave dyes in long enough, so I was glad to find a place that takes the time to do it right. I've never seen it a mess or dirty either. The prices are decent, and for what you get, I think it's worth every penny. I won't go anywhere else.
