Under-impressed

I got the full detail package and was under-impressed with the results. The only thing they did a good job on was the exterior paint. When my car was finished I ran my finger on the wheel and it came off blackened. Apparently a lot of their tire dressing settled on the wheel and they never cleaned it off. The interior carpets were cleaner, but not as clean as I'd expect for the cost. I left a large [3" long] black grease mark on my glovebox door. It was still there when they finished the job. It took me 4 seconds with a wet paper towel to remove. Similar smudge marks and stains remained throughout the vehicle.
I'm still searching for someone on the area that cares about the quality of their detail work. This place isn't it.

Terrible Ownership

This place is a joke. Made an appointment to get car detailed. Arrive that morning, the management doesn't even show up to open the place. The employees tell me, "We don't know what in the world is going on." I decide to leave, go to Oakwood Auto and Detailing who get me in immediately and charge me $25 LESS. Don't support a business who doesn't respect it's employees, let alone its customers.

Best Car Wash Ever!

Yankee Auto Bath is simply the best car wash period. They have a wide varity of service to cover any need your vehicle has. The management is top notch and all the employees are very freindly.
