DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. Horrible customer service. Horrible billing. They tell you insurance will cover your surgery, then a year later send you a bill. What ever you do, find another dentist yo use. This place is not worth the hastle.…
Horrible Customer Service.
This office is located off Rt 675 (exit 7 - Wilmington Pike exit) in the plaza.
I had a major surgury performed at this office. They failed to inform me that I would have to pay the entire balance at the time of my surgury. They led me to believe that they would bill my insurance and then bill me for the difference. They didn't tell me until after the surgury was over and I was in immense pain that I had to pay the bill, which was about $2,000. They said that because they weren't sure that the insurance would cover it that I had to pay and if my insurance paid they would reimburse me. Well, my insurance did pay and it has taken over month to be reimbursed. In addition, the staff at this office is beyond rude.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. They are horrible!!!…
