What service?

AAA Installers was sent out to install my new garage door from Sears. Came out and tinkered with the insides of the existing opener and said that it was fine and that we could take the new opener back and get our money back (I called Sears and they said that installers are NOT to take it on theirselves or even if asked to work on the existing units). The door worked for 3 days and is now broke more than before with a electrical short. I got a bill but they will not return the call after 4 calls and no one ever answers the phone. I am stuck with a door that does not work and no return calls. I have reported this to Sears.

• Cons: Lazy, can't fix problem, and will NOT respond to calls
