HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE ATTORNEY
by ZachWrt
I really needed an attorney when my wife came after me for excessive child support. Jeremiah kept my payments at a reasonable level and got me additional visitation with my child. Jeremiah is the best. His fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
- Pros: Affordable and High Quality Representation
Firecracker Lawyer

Jeremiah Denslow is an excellent lawyer. My son was wrongfully charged with a crime and attorney Denslow was able to beat the case. He and his assistant were very good about returning our phone calls and they answered all of our questions along the way. In the end, we went to trial and my son walked out fo the courtroom a free man!!!! THANK YOU MR. DENSLOW.
- Pros: Won My Son's Case!!
Best in Dayton

I was in a world of hurt when I hired Jeremiah Denslow as my DUI attorney. At the time, I had just been arrested and wrongly charged with driving under the influence. Jeremiah first came to see me in jail and helped facilitate my release within an hour. From there, he was able to negotiate a deal with the prosecuting attorney that restored my driving privileges within days. In the end, with Mr. Denslow's help, I was able to avoid having a DUI conviction on my record. I was very happy with Mr. Denslow's assistance and will certainly rehire him if I need legal help in the future.
- Pros: Beat the case; restored my driver's license
- Cons: None
Excellent Attorney

I used Mr. Denslow in my Montgomery County divorce. I was very happy with the quality of his service, as well as the outcome of the case. While the divorce took longer than anticipated, Mr. Denslow was an aggressive advocate and got me just about everything I asked for. Most importantly, he was focused on me and my family throughout the entire case. Mr. Denslow provided excellent client service. I highly recommend using him if you are considering a dayton area divorce attorney.
As a Father's Rights Advocate My Recommedation is that You Never Retain Jeremiah Denslow
by TonyFantetti
Beware of this attorney. I personally expressed my concerns to Mr. Denslow regarding how he was advertising his services. In my own personal opinion, I feel that his website was somewhat misleading and therefore confusing regarding child support orders.
As President of Ohio Council for Fathers Rights, and as a father's rights advocate, I too am very familiar with Ohio's Family Law statutes.
That said, I would never recommended Mr. Denslow to anyone involved with a Family Law issue, and more specifically, I would advise fathers to stay away from him. Why would you as a father retain an attorney who represents custodial parents seeking more child support from you, the obligor?
He advertises that he practices law in all of the following areas:
Criminal Law
Traffic Violations
DUI
Misdemeanors
Felonies
Family Law
Divorce & Dissolution
Child Custody & Visitation
Child Support
Personal Injury
Appeals and Pardons
Judicial Release & Post Conviction
Have you ever heard of the phrase "Jack-of-all trades, master of none?" How can Mr. Denslow possibly be proficient in any of these areas? If you are going to retain a Family Law attorney, I'd retain a lawyer who practices only in Family Law.
Would you go to a doctor who specializes in cardiovascular surgery, plastic surgery, hand surgery, ENT surgery, shoulder surgery, foot surgery, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, transplant surgery, eye surgery, colon surgery, and hip replacement surgery? Why not?
I just named a dozen areas in medicine that are considered "specialties." Do you know of any doctors who practice in twelve different ares? I don't. However, if I did, I certainly wouldn't see him or her. Why then would someone retain an attorney who practices in nearly a dozen areas of law?
Moreover the opinion express by the other letter writer is quite disturbing in and of itself.

- Pros: I can think of absolutely none.
- Cons: He pactices in nearly a dozen areas of law, how can be possibly be proficeint in any of them. Do doctors practice in 12 areas of medicine?
beware mr denslow does not follow investigations and has lied in court
by REKJR
in a home visit mr denslow was acting as a guardian ad-litem and i told him there was a case file with children services, on my son and his mother who was filing for return of custody, but mr denslow stated in court and on his report to the courts hat due to the age of the case the files could not be view by him, but i was albe to contact children services and could only get a summary of the files that had 12 seprant files and a very indepth details of my ex's involvment with children services including twice he was removed from his mother and one of abuse from his half brother.
- Pros: very poor at doing his jobs
- Cons: will lie in court
