A True Class Act!. My timid, 60-pound Golden mix is insecure and leery of strangers, so this being his first visit I was a bit nervous. The groomers took all the time HE needed to feel comfortable and get accustomed to his surroundings. He immediately developed trust in them, due to their expert handling and caring approach. When the results weren't as expected they took him back and worked on him another hour, until they knew we were completely satisfied. Even though they were busy they didn't rush, they took their time and made sure they got it precise to our liking... while maintaining a positive attitude... and they didn't charge extra for the extra work and time involved. My little guy walked out so proud and looking so good, with head held high and tail wagging, and he's still strutting his stuff! Highly professional staff, reasonable prices, extremely skilled groomers, and a great atmosphere where pets receive lots of pampering and topnotch care. We will definitely return there for his next cut.…

Beavercreek's BEST!!!!. Four words: HANDS DOWN....THE BEST!!!!! You can't beat a shop that not only has the best PRICES around...but the best QUALITY work around as well!! GroomingDales Day Salon and Pet Spa has THE BEST GROOMERS ever! Their whole staff is completely outstanding! Everyone from the front desk assistants, to the the trimming department team, to the staff that work their butt's off behind the scenes in the back bathing and drying your fur babies! You just can't beat it....I can't say enough. =)…

GREAT PLACE TO WORK. I LOVE working at GroomingDales! In the 22 years I have been in the pet grooming industry, I have spent 15 at GD! I have worked in many "shops" and I have to say that the environment is very different than all the other shops. It "FEELS" like a salon! That's what it should feel like. It's clean, happy, team-oriented, organized, and safe! I love the staff that I work with too! Everyone treats the pets so nice... In past shops, I have worked next to abusive groomers, been electrocuted by dryers, dryers that caught on fire, nasty working conditions, small work spaces, made to used dish soap instead of shampoo, flea infestations, and even been fired, stiffed on my last paycheck and badmouthed when I planning on leaving a place I worked....it was HORRIBLE. All of the people I work with have exceptional skills and concern for the pets. We all have friendly working relationships, too! I never dread going in to work, I smile everyday I am there! Come visit us! You can feel the difference all the way from dropping your pet off, to how he acts afterward! I just know that you will be pleased! And if you are ever looking for a nice, honest, fun, pet friendly place to work, this is DEFINITELY the place!…
